1) Change your security settings.
- Go to this window's Tools menu, select Internet Options.- Click on the Security tab.
- If your security level is not set to Medium, click on the Default Level button.
- Click on the Apply button to save your changes.
2) Restore your browser defaults
- While in Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab.- Click on the Restore Defaults button.
- Click on the OK button to save your settings and close the window.
- If you are using Windows XP and do not have Java installed, install Windows XP SP1 through Windows Update.
