Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by MpShHook.dll)
This happens when Microsoft Defender failed to place the .NET files it
requires.
Solution:
1) Download
MSVCR80.DLL and place it in your Windows\System32 folder.
2) Download
MSVCP80.DLL and place it in your Windows\System32 folder
