I am using Version 3 of the software, but the download window does not appear for Macintosh

1) Download the plugin installer by clicking one of the links provided below.

2) Run the downloaded installer program.

3) You must use Internet Explorer or Safari to use the software.

Download Mac OS 9 Installer
(Compatible with OS 9.1 and above)

If the software does not load during the conference, it is possible you have multiple Internet Explorer folders on your computer. Find all the folders and remove all extra copies. Run the installer program again.
