I'm having problems downloading the software...

Step 1: Please remove any previous software versions from the Control Panel's Add/Remove programs

Step 2: Try to re-install the software using ONE of the 3 methods below:

• Standard Web Install: This is the primary and preferred method. CLICK HERE TO INSTALL



• Download Installer Program: If the previous method did not work, repeat Step 1 and then save this program on your desktop and then run it: Begin Download

Step 3: After installation, Click Here To Test

LAST RESORT:
If any of the above does not work and you have WindowsNT, 2000, XP Professional, 2003, Vista, you are probably a "Restricted Windows User". Download our  "Restricted User Version".  You will see an icon on your desktop that says "WebcBrowser".  Use it to login to your conferences.
